Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Private-PAIR), Public Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public-PAIR), and Patent Center are currently experiencing technical difficulties resulting in slow document retrieval. The USPTO is aware of this issue and is working diligently to resolve it.
