Intermittent EFS-Web problems with PDF generation on Sept 22 (4-5pm)
On September 22, a number of EFS-Web submissions filed between 4-5 p.m. (ET) did not receive an electronic acknowledgement receipt and properly generated fee transmittal. The PDF generation problems have been resolved. Missing acknowledgement receipts and corrected fee transmittals will be available in Private PAIR and Patent Center by next week. We apologize for the delay.
