EFS-Web submission error with utility non-provisional applications on August 26, 2021
On August 26, EFS-Web was unable to receive new utility non-provisional applications between approximately 4:15 p.m. – 7 p.m. (ET) and displayed the error message: “Your request cannot be completed at this time”.

USPTO restored the capability to file utility non-provisional applications in EFS-Web at 7 p.m. (ET) on August 26.

If you received this error message and have not yet filed your application in EFS-Web or Patent Center, please use EFS-Web or Patent Center to file the application.
