TEAS and TEASi Technical Problems Resolved

The USPTO is pleased to report that the intermittent TEAS & TEASi outage originally reported on August 4 has been resolved.  Please contact the Trademark Electronic Application System mailbox at TEAS@uspto.gov if you continue to experience technical difficulties. Include the following: (1) your name, (2) telephone number, (3) serial number and/or registration number, and (4) a screen shot of any error message that you are receiving. 


TESS Technical Problems Resolved
The USPTO is pleased to report that the intermittent TESS outages reported today have been resolved. Please email TESS@uspto.gov if you continue to experience technical difficulties accessing TESS. Include the following: (1) your name, (2) telephone number, and (3) a screen shot of any error message that you are receiving. 

Intermittent EFS-Web Acknowledgement Receipt Issues
The USPTO is aware of intermittent issues in EFS-Web with Acknowledgement Receipt generation. 
We are working to resolve the issue and apologize for the inconvenience. The missing Acknowledgement Receipts will be available in Private PAIR at a later time.
