EFS-Web Emergency Maintenance-Completed
The EFS-Web emergency maintenance has been completed to resolve the 'Bad Gateway' error on the Attach Documents page and Fee Calculation issue.
Applicants may now use EFS-Web or Patent Center to file new applications and follow-on submissions to an existing application.
