Intermittent TEAS and TEASi Outage
The USPTO is currently experiencing intermittent technical difficulties with TEAS and TEASi that may prevent you from uploading documents or submitting your form. We are actively working to restore service as quickly as possible. At this time, we don’t have an estimate for when services will be fully restored. Additional information will be posted on this page as soon as it’s available.
If your deadline is today and you are unable to file your document using TEAS or TEASi, we recommend you fax your documents to us at 571-273-8950. Use the fax cover sheet and follow the “Faxing your documents” guidance on the alternative method of filing webpage to meet your deadline. Contact the TEAS team with any questions at our email TEAS@uspto.gov.
