Cisco Voicemail Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on its voicemail system beginning at 11:59 p.m., Friday, May 22 and ending at 11:59 p.m., Sunday, May 24 ET.
The USPTO employees and contractors will not have access to their voicemail during the maintenance period and the voicemail system will not be able to record any new voicemail messages during the maintenance period.
ACTS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Adjudicated Case Tracking System (ACTS) beginning at 1 a.m. and ending at 8 a.m., Saturday, May 23 ET.
ACTS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Users should not attempt to access ACTS during the maintenance period.
