Join the Silicon Valley USPTO, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Arbitration and Mediation Center, and the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center (SVAMC) for a series of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) workshops led industry experts.
A variety of topics will be covered during this half-day program, including:
- Trademark dispute resolution
- Resolving fair, reasonable, and nondiscriminatory (FRAND) disputes involving standard-essential patents (SEPs)
- Dispute resolution strategy and practice
- Third party funding in technology mediation and arbitration
California MCLE credit will be offered for this event.
