Join the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for a discussion about what all entrepreneurs, small businesses, and start-ups should know about copyrights. The discussion will involve an overview of copyrights as well as provide insight into things to consider regarding registration and enforcement. Through the USPTO’s Global Intellectual Property Academy, the Office of Policy and International Affairs’ Copyright Team advises the administration and other federal government departments and agencies on domestic and international copyright legal and policy issues and provides technical assistance and training on copyright-related matters for both U.S. and foreign government officials.
