Learn about the patent process and how to patent your invention through the California Lawyers for the Arts online educational workshop held in celebration of World Intellectual Property (IP) Day. A one-on-one consultation clinic will follow the one-hour patent workshop. Registrations for consultations will close at 5 p.m. PT on April 21, 2021.
California Lawyers for the Arts participates in the United States Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) Patent Pro Bono Program. The Patent Pro Bono Program is a nationwide network of independently operated regional programs that match volunteer patent professionals with financially under-resourced inventors and small businesses for the purpose of securing patent protection.
This program is conducted by the California Lawyers for the Arts and will be offered virtually via Zoom to those registered for the event. The USPTO does not charge any fees associated with registering for this event.
