The International Intellectual Property Law Clinic of Detroit Mercy Law and Windsor Law will be holding their 3rd Annual International Patent Drafting Competition at the Elijah J. McCoy Midwest Regional U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Student teams will have the opportunity to present their patent applications in front of a panel of judges comprised of patent professionals, intellectual property practitioners, and guest judges.
