IP Attachés: How This USPTO Resource Can Help You Navigate IP Issues Abroad

On December 5th, join the Dallas Bar Association IP Section in collaboration with the Texas Regional United States Patent and Trademark Office for a program featuring the Director of the IP Attaché Program Dominic Keating and IP Attaches from Brazil and South America; India and South Asia; China and Taiwan; Middle East and North Africa, Mexico, Central America and Caribbean, Southeast Asia and ASEAN.

Program topics include an overview of the IP Attaché’s role, the types of matters with which an IP Attaché can assist and how to submit a request for assistance. In addition, the IP Attaches will each present best practices for IP enforcement in their respective regions with time allotted for Q&A and breakout sessions.

This event is pending approval for 2.5 hours (0.25 hours of ethics) of Texas CLE Credit.
