The 2018 Eastern District of Texas Bench Bar Conference will take place on October 17-19, 2018, at the Plano Marriott Legacy Town Center. This conference will focus on litigation issues unique to the Eastern District of Texas from both the bench and counsel perspectives.
Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO Andrei Iancu and Texas Regional Director Hope Shimabuku will be attending and presenting on behalf of the USPTO at this program.
