Administrative Trademark Judge
Peter W. Cataldo has been an administrative trademark judge with the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) since 2006. Judge Cataldo began his career with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) in 1992 as a trademark examining attorney. In 1999, he joined the TTAB as an interlocutory staff attorney. He received his Bachelor of Arts in English from Canisius College and his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School.
