The USPTO has launched a page for artificial intelligence (AI) information on its website that provides information on our AI initiatives, public notices and responses, AI-related events, and outside resources. On it, we are publishing the patent-related and non-patent-related comments received in response to two recent Requests for Comment (RFCs) on AI (84 FR 44889 and 84 FR 58141). In total, we received nearly 200 responses to the RFCs from individuals, corporations, associations, academia, and others. Future updates related to AI from the USPTO will be accessible from this new AI page.
