Trademark Public Advisory Committee fee setting hearing

The Trademark Public Advisory Committee (TPAC) will hold a hybrid public hearing on the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) proposed setting or adjusting of trademark fees pursuant to the USPTO’s fee setting authority under section 10 of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (AIA).

The public is invited to testify at the hearing and submit written comments regarding proposed trademark fees.  People wanting to present oral testimony at the hearing must submit a written request by May 26.
