SOaR Joint Voices: Featuring the patents appeal process and highlights from the USPTO Texas Regional Office (TXRO)

Do you want to learn about how to appeal a patent application decision before the Patent Trial and Appeals Board (PTAB)? You can by attending the Stakeholder Offerings and Resources (SOaR) training on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, from 2-4 p.m. ET. 

This online presentation will cover basic information about PTAB, provide an overview of the patent application appeal process, and highlight resources for inventors. You will also hear from Hope Shimabuku, Director of the Texas Regional Office (TXRO), about resources and programs TXRO offers to stakeholders in the region.

TXRO is one of four regional offices the USPTO operates nationwide, along with its headquarters and a regional outreach office in Alexandria, Virginia. Combined, these offices provide inventors, entrepreneurs, and small businesses with a USPTO presence in every U.S. time zone.
