Do you want to learn more about pro bono programs available at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)? Join the next Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Boardside Chat webinar on Thursday, June 9, from noon to 1 p.m. ET, for a discussion about the various pro bono efforts at the USPTO and the pro bono volunteer opportunities available to practitioners.  

Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO Kathi Vidal will present opening remarks.

Attorney and Patent Pro Bono Program Administer Grant Corboy from the Office of Enrollment and Discipline will discuss the Patent Pro Bono Program and the USPTO Law School Clinic Certification Program.

PTAB Lead Administrative Patent Judge Stacey White will discuss the new PTAB Pro Bono Program, and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) Deputy Chief Judge Mark Thurmon will discuss the TTAB Pro Bono Clearinghouse Recognition Program.
