On Wednesday, July 5, 2023, we began updating some types of TEAS initial application forms to support the modern IT infrastructure replacing our legacy system. The updates allow forms to load faster.
In the past, it took days for a submitted TEAS form to show up in the Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) system. Now, you’re able to publicly view updated forms in TSDR within a few hours of submission.
We plan to update all TEAS and TEASi forms by October 1, 2023.
Please make sure all filings are complete and accurate before you submit them.
