To provide our customers with the most efficient and up-to-date digital tools, today we have retired the Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) and Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS). Assignment Center has fully replaced these legacy systems, providing one central streamlined location for our customers to submit and track all patent and trademark assignment submissions. The new system offers step-by-step guidance through the entire process for recording assignments, as well as easy-to-use editing capabilities. 

How-to guides on using Assignment Center for patents and trademarks are available to help stakeholders make a smooth transition to the new system, in addition to training videos that walk you through each part of the process for submitting a patent or trademark assignment for recordation.
