We want your feedback: Sign up as a customer experience volunteer today

At the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), we strive to continuously improve the trademark filing experience. You can help inform these improvements by signing up as a volunteer to share your feedback with us.

Customer experience volunteer opportunities include:

Participating in interviews and surveys
Beta testing new systems

We use the feedback to enhance our systems to better meet your needs. In a previous survey, we learned that as applicants complete forms in the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS), they expect better functions when saving, clearer instructions, and transparency of the total cost to file. As a result, we incorporated that feedback into the design of Trademark Center, the new application system that will eventually replace TEAS.
