USPTO hosting final roundtable for Trademark Modernization Act notice of proposed rulemaking

On June 14, from 1-3 p.m. ET, the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is hosting the last of its two virtual roundtables to hear public input and questions on the Trademark Modernization Act of 2020 (TMA) notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) that was published on May 18. All members of the public are invited to participate, but registration is required.

The roundtable features a presentation on the NPRM and a question-and-answer session. If you want to ask questions, provide informal comments, or get clarity on a certain aspect of the TMA, this roundtable is for you.
