Contact Center temporary closure

The USPTO Application Assistance Unit (AAU) Contact Center will be closed Tuesday, October 8 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The unit will reopen at 1 p.m.

During the closure, we advise customers to email HelpAAU@uspto.gov. Callers may also leave a voicemail with their contact information. We will respond to all emails and voicemails when the call center reopens.
