Status of Precedential Opinion Panel requests

Precedential Opinion Panel (POP) review requests are uploaded in to the corresponding case and are available on the Patent Trial and Appeal Board End to End (PTAB E2E) system typically within a week of the receipt of the request. POP review requests are also compiled in the spreadsheet below. The spreadsheet includes the date the POP review request was received, the case number of the proceeding, the requesting party, the involved parties, the status of the request, and the disposition of the request if applicable. This spreadsheet will be updated monthly.
