- If users are receiving an error message while uploading their documents or submitting their petitions, please send a copy of the screenshot of the error message with the AIA review number, a description of the issues and attach the documents to the email and send to both Trials@uspto.gov and PTABE2EAdmin@uspto.gov.
- If users are having payment issues with Financial manager, please send a copy of the screenshot of the error message with the AIA review number and attach the documents to the email and send to both Trials@uspto.gov and PTABE2EAdmin@uspto.gov.
- Please include a description of the issues and any authorization to charge a deposit account with the AIA Review number and send an email to both Trials@uspto.gov and PTABE2EAdmin@uspto.gov.
- Note that there is a maximum file attachment limit of 10 MB per email.
