WIPO Sequence is a free software program designed to assist an applicant in preparing sequence listings in ST.26 format. Download WIPO Sequence version 2.0.0 and the User Manual.
Important note: Sequence listings created with the older WIPO Sequence 1.1.0 beta version will not be compliant with Standard ST.26. These sequence listings should be regenerated using WIPO Sequence 2.0.0 before filing as part of a U.S. or international patent application. The functionality of, and updates to, WIPO Sequence are outside the USPTO’s control.
