Once you have provided all of the necessary information on the “Application Data” screen, up to 3 PDF documents will be auto-generated:
- A concise description of relevance document that includes each concise description of relevance entered in the provided text box.
- A form PTO/SB/429 document listing that identifies each document entered.
- If applicable, a request for notification of non-compliant third-party submission.
