Any request to add, delete, correct, update or change the order of the names of the inventors must include a request and the proper fee(s) in accordance with 37 CFR 1.48.
Any request to correct inventorship in accordance with 37 CFR 1.48(a) filed after the first Office action on the merits must also include the fee set forth in 37 CFR 1.17(d), unless the request is accompanied by a statement that the request to correct or change the inventorship is due solely to the cancellation of claims in the application. See 37 CFR 1.48(c).
