While some of the administrative patent judges participate in oral hearings from the satellite offices via a remote audio visual connection, administrative and technical considerations currently prohibit the Board from making the satellite offices available to parties for participation in oral hearings. The Board is looking into making remote hearing participation from a satellite office an option in the future.
