The United States Patent and Trademark Office will host six roadshows in the Mid-Atlantic/Midwest Regions from November 5th to 19th. These roadshows are free and open to the public. Registration is not required and seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The agenda is focused largely on the AIA trials and includes a State-of-the-Board address, interactive AIA trial instructions, and an AIA trial workshop. In Detroit, there will be an AIA trial hearing in lieu of an AIA trial workshop.
