Damian Earley’s Garbage Lot

Young inventor Damian Earley researched, designed and patented a weighted platform with a locking mechanism for residential garbage cans. The intent of the platform is to prevent litter spillage onto neighborhood streets by keeping trashcans upright in adverse weather conditions.
