Integrated Quality System (IQS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Integrated Quality System (IQS) systems from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, May 8.
During the maintenance period, IQS will be unavailable.
Trademark System Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark System from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, May 10.
During the maintenance period, the following systems will remain available
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) with limited capability
- Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASi) with limited capability
- Trademark e0G (TM-eOG)
- Trademark Status and Document Retrieval (TSDR) with limited capability
Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on (P-TACTS) systems on the following two nights:
- The first night of maintenance will occur from midnight- 5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, May 10.
- The final night of maintenance will occur from midnight- 5:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, May 11.
P-TACTS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Users should save all work and log off before the maintenance period begins.
Parties must either pay fees for petitions outside of this scheduled maintenance time or pay early. Those with deadlines for petition filing or other associated documents to a pending AIA case, must use an alternate filing method.

Electronic Library for Patents (P-ELP) and Services- Document Wrapper for Patents (S-DWP) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on P-ELP and S-DWP for the following two nights:
- The first night of maintenance will be from midnight- 5:30 a.m. ET on Friday, May 10 ET.
- The final night of maintenance will be from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Saturday, May 11 ET.
P-ELP and S-DWP will be available during the maintenance period; however, some operations may be briefly interrupted or delayed.
Patent Center users should retry if an operation is interrupted or does not appear to have been completed.
