Trademark application walk-through - virtual only

Start your business: Trademark application walk-through

Learn how to apply for a trademark during an interactive walk-through of the application process with USPTO Attorney Advisor for Trademark Educational Outreach Jason Lott. The session will include explanations of the various sections of the form. The USPTO cannot provide legal advice. Register early for this free online event.

Participants will also learn about San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, Inc.'s free resources for under-resourced entrepreneurs.

The June 17 session will be offered virtually via WebEx for those who have registered for the class.

This event is intended for individuals with a beginning to intermediate level of knowledge of trademarks. To get the most out of the discussion, we recommend participants view some of the informational videos regarding trademark registration and prepare specific questions before the session.
