The USPTO's International Patent Legal Administration will host a two-hour seminar on considerations and options for filing foreign patent applications. This event is free and open to the public, so register early.
One hour of California MCLE credit is offered for this seminar.
In addition to offering the program in-person, the September 11 session will be offered virtually via WebEx to those registered for the event.
