Our guest speaker, Michael S. Kinch, Ph.D, is associate vice chancellor at Washington University in St. Louis. His scientific background includes the development of medicines for cancer, immunological, and infectious diseases. His current work focuses on understanding the blend of science, medicine, business, and law needed to support the development of new medicines. Dr. Kinch is the founder and director of the Center for Research Innovation in Biotechnology (CRIB).
