ChIPs: Advancing women in technology, law and policy

Members of the ChIPs Community, you don't want to miss this exciting event featuring Damian Porcari, Regional Director of the Elijah J. McCoy Midwest Regional U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Mr. Porcari will offer a presentation on the latest developments at the USPTO including updates from the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). This event is open to all members of the ChIPs Community. Register early for this free event.

The presentation will cover Section 101 and the USPTO's revised Patent Subject Matter Eligibility Guidance published in 2019. Mr. Porcari will be eager to hear from the local business and IP community about how the USPTO might help with their concerns.

CLE credit is pending for the presentation portion of the event.
