Staff Attorney, Electronic Filing and Public Web Services
Matt Schwab is a Staff Attorney for Electronic Filing and Public Web Services in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner for Trademark Administration. He currently focuses on policy and security issues related to trademark filing. He also assists with the development of new technologies for the office. Matt joined the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2015 as a trademark examining attorney.
Matt is a member of the State Bar of Illinois. He received his Juris Doctor and Master of Public Policy degrees from the University of Michigan.
