If you are an entrepreneur, an independent creator, or an inventor, you can't afford to miss this informative intellectual property (IP) event. Learn how multiple government agencies can help protect your hard work, and take advantage of one-on-one meetings with experts. Slots are limited, so register early.
Speakers will cover a wide range of IP-related government resources available to U.S. businesses. You will learn how to identify and protect various IP assets, obtain IP protection in overseas markets, and combat counterfeits on international e-commerce sites.
During the ten minute one-on-one sessions, you will be able to get individual advice, assistance applying for copyright registration with the U.S. Copyright Office, and help recording copyrights and trademarks with CBP.
U.S. Government participants include: the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Small Business Administration, the Minority Business Development Agency, the Export-Import Bank of the United States, the U.S. Department of Commerce, the International Trade Administration, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the U.S. Commercial Service, the National IPR Center, the U.S. Copyright Office, and the U.S. Department of State.
