Patent Public Advisory Committee fee setting hearing

The Patent Public Advisory Committee (PPAC) will hold a hybrid public hearing on the USPTO’s proposed setting or adjusting of patent fees pursuant to the USPTO’s fee setting authority under section 10 of the Leahy-Smith America Invents Act (AIA).

The public was invited to provide oral testimony regarding the proposed patent fees at the hearing by submitting a written request by May 11.  Written comments regarding the proposed patent fees are being accepted until May 25.
