Deputy Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Deputy Director of the USPTO Laura Peter will participate in a panel discussion at the Federal Circuit Bar Association (FCBA) regional program: Key Issues Shaping the U.S. IP Landscape. USPTO General Counsel Sarah Harris will moderate the panel.
In addition to Deputy Peter, Federal Trade Commission Deputy Director and Chief Counsel for IP Suzanne Munck and Kendra Ervin from the Department of Justice's Computer Crime and IP Section will be panel participants.
