China IP Basics, Part 1: Protecting your patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights

  • An overview of recent IP developments in China by senior attorneys from USPTO’s China Team
  • Presentations by three experienced practitioners on protecting patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights in China
  • A moderated panel discussion of a hypothetical case, drawing on the experiences and insights of practitioners

This is the first of a two-part webinar series specially designed to address the needs of small and medium-sized businesses looking to protect and enforce their IP in China. The second webinar in the series will address IP enforcement in China.
