Managing Attorney, Law Office 119
Brett Golden is the managing attorney of Law Office 119 at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). Mr. Golden began his career at the USPTO as a trademark examining attorney in 1999. He was promoted to senior attorney in 2005 and to managing attorney in 2009. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Golden serves as a subject matter expert regarding the development and implementation of the USPTO’s new Trademark Search system. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Virginia Tech and a Juris Doctor from Villanova University.
