Public and Private PAIR, RAM, EPAS, and PRPS Maintenances
Public and Private PAIR Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the Public and Private Patent Application Information Retrieval (Public and Private PAIR) systems beginning at midnight and ending at 8 a.m., Thursday, February 11 ET.
Both Public and Private PAIR will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
RAM Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Revenue Accounting and Management (RAM) System beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 4 a.m., Friday, February 12 ET.
All payment processing through the following USPTO systems will be unavailable during the maintenance period:
- Electronic Filing System (EFS-Web) and EFS-Web Contingency
- Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)
- Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS)
- Order Entry Management System (OEMS)
- Office of Finance On-Line Shopping Site
- Revenue Accounting and Management (RAM)
- Patent Review Processing System (PRPS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
- Trademark Electronic Application System international (TEASi)
For EFS-Web Applicants:
EFS-Web applicants may use an alternative payment method, such as submitting a deposit account authorization or faxing in a credit card authorization to 571-273-8300.

For Trademark Customers:
If your deadline is today and the document requiring a fee payment cannot be filed electronically, you must use an alternative method of filing. Please visit the TEAS Outage page for information concerning Trademark alternative filing methods.

For TTAB Customers:
If your deadline is during the maintenance period and a document requiring a fee payment cannot be filed electronically prior to midnight, you must submit your filing by mail. This outage does not impact ESTTA forms that do not require a filing fee. Oppositions or extensions of time to oppose § 66(a) applications must be filed electronically.
ETAS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 2 a.m., Saturday, February 13 ET.
ETAS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
ETAS users will need to save their submissions prior to the maintenance period, and submit them after the maintenance period is complete.
PRPS Maintenance
The USPTO Will perform maintenance on the Payment Review Processing System (PRPS) beginning at 3 a.m., Sunday, February 14 and ending at 4 p.m., Monday, February 15 ET.
PRPS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
