ETAS, EFS-Web, SCORE, and EPAS Maintenances
ETAS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting Electronic Trademark Assignment System (ETAS) beginning at 10 p.m., Saturday, April 25 and end at 5 a.m., Sunday, April 26 ET.
ETAS may become unavailable during the maintenance periods, but is expected to remain available.
ETAS customers may save their submissions and submit the saved submissions once the maintenance period are complete.
EFS-Web and SCORE Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Electronic Filing System (EFS-Web) and the Supplemental Complex Repository for Examiners (SCORE) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 6 a.m., Sunday, April 26 ET.
EFS-Web, EFS-Web Contingency, and SCORE will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
Registered e-Filers are advised to submit or download their Saved Submission Packages prior to 11:59 p.m., Saturday, April 25 to avoid any potential issues with Saved Submission Packages after the maintenance is complete.
EPAS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting Electronic Patent Assignment System (EPAS) beginning at 10 p.m., Sunday, April 26 and ending at 5 a.m., Monday, April 27 ET.
EPAS may become unavailable during the maintenance periods, but is expected to remain available.
EPAS customers may save their submissions and submit the saved submissions once the maintenance period is complete.
