About half of the U.S. still does not have regular access to the internet. Many individuals must go to public libraries to use it. Their ability to print is limited.

The U.S.P.T.O serves the entire nation, not just businesses with internet access. Your electronic data filing rules in the TM and Patent offices disenfranchises about half the country.

Shame on you.
