PTO COMMISSIONER TO ADDRESS ALEXANDRIA ROTARY CLUB
Q. Todd Dickinson, Assistant Secretary of Commerce and Commissioner of Patents and Trademarks will be the keynote speaker on February 8, 2000, at the Alexandria Rotary Club's monthly luncheon.
