Do we need to use the latest version of PCT-SAFE when filing PCT applications via EFS-Web?

If PCT-SAFE is being used to prepare a PCT-EASY zip file for submission via EFS-Web, the applicant is advised to consult the WIPO website to determine the necessity to use the latest version of PCT-SAFE.
