The post-registration maintenance forms were updated to correctly store secondary email addresses that were provided on the Correspondence Information page for courtesy copies.
Post-Approval/Publication/Post-Notice of Allowance (NOA) Amendment form
Corrected a defect that was preventing the Sec. 44(d) filing basis radio button from properly displaying on the Update Goods/Services page.
Petition for Expungement or Reexamination form
Created a new form for third parties to request an expungement proceeding for cancellation of some or all of the goods or services in a registration because the registrant never used the trademark in commerce with those goods or services. Expungement proceedings must be requested between three and ten years after the registration date.
Third parties will also be able to request a reexamination proceeding for cancellation of some or all goods or services in a registration on the basis that the trademark was not in use in commerce with those goods or services on or before a particular relevant date.
- When the underlying application was initially filed based on use of the trademark in commerce, the relevant date will be the filing date of the application.
- When the underlying application was filed with an intent-to-use basis, the relevant date will be the later of the date that an amendment to allege use was filed or the date that the deadline to file a statement of use expired.
Reexamination proceedings must be requested within the first five years after registration.

Enhanced the form to allow responses to office actions and suspension inquiry letters issued to registrants during an expungement or reexamination cancellation proceeding.

Enhanced the form to accept responses to inquiry letters issued to petitioners in connection with a petition for expungement or reexamination. Changed form name from Response to Petition to Director Inquiry Letter to Response to Petition Inquiry Letter.
