Pursuant to U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Initial Guidance Regarding DEIA Executive Orders, the USPTO will be retiring the Diversity Information Portal, effective 5 p.m. ET on Wednesday, January 22.

TTABVUE and ESTTA Maintenance

The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE) and Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) from 12:01- 4 a.m. ET on Saturday, January 25.

During the maintenance period, TTABVUE and ESTTA will be unavailable.
