USPTO Internet Maintenance
USPTO will perform Internet maintenance beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 4 a.m., Friday, April 4.
During this maintenance, users may experience brief service interruptions when accessing USPTO Online Business Systems.
OEMS Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the Order Entry Management System (OEMS) beginning at 8 p.m., Friday, April 4 and ending at 7 a.m., Saturday, April 5.
While the online document ordering system will be unable to process orders during the maintenance period, the system will continue to accept new orders for publicly available documents and order status.
TTABVUE and ESTTA Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance affecting Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE) and the Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 5:30 a.m., Saturday, April 5.
TTABVUE and ESTTA will experience a brief service interruption during the maintenance period.
System Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance affecting the Manual of Patent Examining Procedure (MPEP) and the Trademark Manual Examination Procedure (TMEP) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 8:01 a.m., Saturday, April 5.
MPEP and TMEP search functionality will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
TEAS Maintenance
USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS) beginning at 8 a.m. and ending at noon, Saturday, April 5.
TEAS will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
